For Technical Support between the hours of 8am - 9pm EST (excluding New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day), be prepared with as much information as possible about your problem, including any error messages, your response to messages, what you were doing when the problem occurred, etc. and call: 828.265.2907 - option 1.

If you do not have a Support Plan from ECRS you may purchase one at the time of your call or purchase support time in one hour blocks as needed.
